Sculpt is a facial exercise application that uses your device's camera and ARKit technology to guide you through exercises. The App is designed to help users perform facial exercises and track their progress.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The exercises provided are for general wellness purposes only. Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. If you experience any pain or discomfort while using the App, stop immediately and consult a medical professional.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of 10X Ventures and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including face data used for exercise detection.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 10X VENTURES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
